Host a Screening in a Theater

LOOKING TO HOST A SCREENING OF TRANSCEND IN A THEATER? ON YOUR MARKS. GET SET. GO!

The process is simple – you pick the time, place and date, and Tugg will reserve the theater and give you a personalized event page for your screening. Here’s the trick though – you need to pre-sell a certain amount of tickets in order for the event to be confirmed!

Non U.S. Residents: Currently we can only support U.S. screenings with Tugg. If you are outside the U.S. but would like to put on a show, please see our Community Center and Campus option. Or feel free to get in touch by email screenings@thefilmtranscend.com


GETTING IT IN A THEATER: STEP BY STEP

STEP 1 : SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Fill out the Event Request Form http://www.tugg.com/become-a-promoter/transcend to pick the date, time, and place for your special screening.

STEP 2 : CONFIRMATION

The theater approves the request, and you can begin selling tickets on your personalizedEvent Page.

STEP 3 : PROMOTION AND SALES

Promote your event. Look at Tugg resource here.

Sell enough tickets before the event deadline to confirm your screening. If you don’t meet this “Threshold,” no one will be charged and your event will be called off.

STEP 4 : DAY OF THE EVENT

Congratulations, today is the big day! We’re so excited – hopefully you are too!
Tickets can be purchased up to four hours before your event start time. Once the box office closes, no further tickets can be sold.

Please arrive at the theater an hour before your event start time. Welcome your attendees and take tickets (if applicable). More help here.
